We go to great lengths to ensure that tenants are an excellent match for each individual property and property owner. Our selection process is comprehensive and includes:

• Placing affordable and effective ads in local newspapers and rental listing services
• Showing your property to prospective tenants
• Requiring prospective tenants interested in your property to complete an application and pass a rigorous background check including credit history and employment verification
• We also provide you with copies of all documentation related to the application and approval of a tenant.

 

Rent and Payment Management

Valley Management Group handles all payment procedures associated with your rental property. We require tenants to send their monthly rent and bills directly to us so that you needn't worry about the routine collection process. We will pay any necessary bills on your behalf and deposit the balance owed to you directly into your bank account.

 

Repairs and Maintenance

We coordinate repairs and routine maintenance at no additional cost to you. If a tenant requests a repair or upgrade, we will attempt to find a solution that is satisfactory for both you and your tenant. Unless the repair is an emergency, we will inform you prior to addressing the tenant's request. Our list of trusted service vendors and craftsmen will work to exceed the expectations of you and your tenants, while keeping costs to a minimum. For added benefit, Valley Management Group will create comprehensive monthly and yearly expenditure summaries to facilitate your tax preparation procedures.
